From two weeks before, they can sign in and read the guide — heating, appliances, emergency contacts, and everyday household information. Wi‑Fi, address, and lockbox stay hidden until the stay begins.

After departure
Access ends with the stay
Their login is removed the day after checkout. You can end a stay early in Settings → Guest mode & stays.
