What's included
Core hub features are on every plan. Guides, stays, bins, and smart home depend on your account plan — Free, Lovely Home+, or Multi Home. A few extras need hardware or a third-party account you already own.
Offline House Guide for guests & sitters
On every plan, invited guests and house sitters can sync or download the published House Guide while they have Wi‑Fi — then read it without mobile signal at your property.
- Sync or download on Wi‑Fi before travel (or anytime online)
- Read House Guide topics and emergency contacts offline
- Sit-day Wi‑Fi and lockbox appear in the offline copy when the stay unlocks them
- Weather, bin reminders, and the full hub still need a connection
Not the whole hub offline — just the guide pack guests and sitters need on arrival day.
Account plans on every hub
Your subscription lives on your Lovely Home account — not on a single hub address. Free and Lovely Home+ cover one home; Multi Home (3) and Multi Home (10) raise your allowance. Every included hub gets Lovely Home+ features.

Multi-home plans are billed once per account. Adding another home within your allowance does not start a second Lovely Home+ checkout — open My Homes → Add another home when you have an included slot.
Ready when your hub is live
These hub features are on Free, Lovely Home+, and Multi Home plans. You fill in the household details during setup (about 30 minutes). Hosting, HTTPS, and sign-in are already there.
